What does “MiiN” mean?

“Mi” means “girl” in Korean and “In” means “pretty”, which is how we want all the women who visit our store to feel.

Products

Do you sell original products?

Of course! All the products at MiiN Cosmetics are original. Sold in pristine condition, they come with their original container and contents intact. These products are imported straight from Korea, as we are in direct contact with the official distributors. You will receive your products and makeup in the best possible conditions and with a long shelf life.

Do you only sell products online?

Of course not! Besides our website, we have a physical store in Barcelona (Pau Claris, 110), another in Madrid (Fuencarral, 91), one in Munich and will soon be opening new stores in other cities around Europe.

I am looking for a specific product, but you don’t have it…

We’re always travelling to South Korea to find new brands. MiiN Cosmetics is constantly growing, which is why we’re continually adding new products to our catalogue. Make sure you keep stopping by our store to see all the latest products we’ve brought back from South Korea!

I want to know if the brands conduct animal testing – how can I find out?

We try to work with as many cruelty free brands as possible, like Klairs, Cremorlab, Benton and aromatica, so the majority of the products you’ll find at MiiN reflect this philosophy. However, you can always email us at info@miin-cosmetics.com with the names of the products you’re interested in and we’ll provide you with all the information you need.

Do you have any vegan brands?

Of course! It’s very important to us to have products for everyone. With this in mind, we’ve added several brands to our selection that are vegan friendly: aromatica and Re:p.

How much does each shipment cost and how long will it take to arrive?

I have received the wrong product. What should I do?
